Jean is committed to excellence in museums and works with clients to operate according to best practices in the museum field.
Services include: organizational assessments; strategic planning; writing grant proposals; staff recruitment and training; developing and implementing collections management policies and procedures; inventorying, improving storage and re-housing collections; research and documentation of collections; and exhibit project management–from conceptualization, research and script development to design, fabrication and installation.
Jean delivers project on time and within the agreed upon budget, earning praise from her clients. Upon completion of an exhibit for the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas, Chief Judge Kathryn Vratil, wrote “You exceeded our highest expectations and have done a real public service for us all…”
Jean’s projects have been recognized by the American Association for State & Local History’s Leadership in History Awards, and the Missouri Governor’s Humanities Award.
